Galco Industrial Electronics is an authorized distributor for over one million products from over 400 brands.  We specialize in industrial, electrical and electronic automation, control and component solutions.  Our distribution center stocks over 50,000 products and offers same day shipping and emergency service.  We offer on-site and in-house repair services, as well as, engineering services which facilitate integration, retrofits and upgrades.  

Galco Industrial Electronics is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our collaborative, on-site marketing team. This role is primarily responsible for designing high-quality print and digital marketing collateral, managing visual branding across channels, and contributing fresh ideas to campaigns and promotions. This position is on-site in our Madison Heights office. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Design marketing collateral including brochures, sales sheets, trade show banners, digital advertisements, social media graphics, email visuals, and website graphics.
  • Maintain and continually refine Galco’s brand standards across all platforms.
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility guidelines (color contrast, font sizing, alt text).
  • Manage and organize a comprehensive design library including reusable templates and brand assets.
  • Design branded promotional items, giveaways, event swag, apparel, and merchandise.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaign visuals effectively.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years professional graphic design experience, ideally within a marketing or advertising context.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of digital and print design processes.
  • Experience managing and maintaining brand identity systems.
  • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG).
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
